Vast
experience and presence
A former
organisational director with over 20 years experience working
with people from around the world, Adie DeCoursey, principal
of Quiddity Solutions, is a man of immense personal presence.
He is a high performance coach, trainer, consultant, writer
and speaker. Throughout his long career he was driven by the
desire to make it easy for people to make good, effective
choices.
In these
roles, he designed and led many training and development initiatives
linked to change in business strategy and culture, while developing
and extending a number of marketing campaigns and policy initiatives.
Although he has tried a wide variety approaches, Adie increasingly
found that communication and thinking skills - easily developed
within a coaching framework, supported by targeted training
– was the most effective in achieving change both for
individuals and organisations.
He has
been coaching both formally and informally since the early
1980’s – initially on CV presentation, job interview
practise and sports and later on interpersonal communications
and marketing – for a variety of clients in corporations,
the public sector, the press, parliament, industry and the
voluntary sector. During the 80s and 90s, parallel to coaching
and his full-time career, Adie researched his passion for
personal development, optimal performance and learning with
a variety of approaches. His early training was in project,
people and stress management, presentation and team skills.
His wide reading and training includes Interpersonal Communication,
Marketing, Insight, Creativity, Accelerated Learning and High
Performance Coaching.
Adie
has a Certificate in Interpersonal Communication Skills, is
a Licensed Master Practitioner, Business Master Practitioner
and Trainer of Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) and is trained
in High Performance Coaching.
In recent
years he has regularly assisted on McKenna Breen and Paul
McKenna Training courses, headed the assisting team on MBNLP
training programmes and Eric Robbie’s training programmes
and run his coaching and consultancy practise. In November
2002, Adie decided to concentrate on Quiddity Solutions full-time,
a cutting-edge consultancy that enables some of the world's
premier organisations to focus and increase the potential
of the people who work within them.
