Quiddity Solutions is a coaching, training and organisational development consultancy founded by Adie DeCoursey who, following his long career in personnel management, marketing, public relations, fundraising, organisational development and the voluntary sector, decided to take his experience into the wider world.

Because we recognise that our partners have different needs, requiring bespoke design solutions, that we retain only a small team at Quiddity Solutions.
